Due to the special nature of all our items, we only accept returns for store credit or exchange on all items except special orders & sale items. All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately. UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice - ndesignusa MUST be informed within 5 days of delivery, of all damaged goods, after this period we are unable to process a claim. Special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Cancellation of a special order must be done within 48 hours of confirmation of the order to avoid complete forfeiture of deposit. After 48 hours it is not possible to cancel any order.

ndesignusa makes no implicit guarantee of delivery date or arrival times for special order purchases. Some items may be out of stock and an extended period of time may be necessary for restocking. In addition, ndesignusa may give you notice by certified mail to the postal address provided during the checkout process. Postal notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing. E-mail notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after the e-mail is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the e-mail address is invalid.
